PERSONAL DATA
1.1 TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A., as the data controller, maintains a record and processes the personal data declared in the application form submitted by the data subject. These data do not include special categories of personal data as defined by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. The recipient of this data is the company.
1.2 The purposes of processing are:
a) To ensure that the data subject receives all requested services, including participation in training programs and related services, upon application submission.
b) To enable TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A. to comply with applicable legislation, program implementation guidelines, and the submission of forms and data to competent public authorities or entities acting as Intermediate Management Authorities under public authority mandates.
1.3 In the collection and processing of personal data, TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A., its employees, and its appointees comply with the provisions of GDPR 2016/679, applicable Greek data protection legislation, and decisions by the Data Protection Authority. The processing is conducted within the scope of the data subject’s choices, such as applying for training program participation, receiving consulting and certification services, inclusion and participation in program implementation, or acceptance of employment promotion support actions.
1.4 TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A. and its appointees implement appropriate technical, material, and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access (including remote access) and any other form of unlawful processing (including unnecessary collection or further processing). These measures ensure a security level appropriate to the risk, considering technological advancements, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing.
1.5 TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A. and its appointees maintain the confidentiality of personal data and do not disclose such data to any third party without prior notification to the data subject unless explicitly required by applicable legislation, such as disclosure to a competent public authority to fulfill a legal obligation. Authorized individuals processing personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
1.6 Personal data are collected for specific purposes, as outlined below, and are not subjected to further processing. However, further processing for scientific or statistical purposes is considered compatible and not inconsistent with the initial purpose.

The personal data collected are used exclusively to address your requests and to provide general information about the company’s activities regarding training programs, European projects, and other services offered by TECHNOPOLIS EDUCATIONAL S.A.
